“The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.”

“We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and……

“Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. “The property was conveniently located with EASY access to the ski lifts. We had a fabulous view from the 6th floor. The valet service made parking a breeze. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The front desk staff (JD) and his front desk Manager (Bryan) were helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back this Christmas! ”

“Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up.……

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”
