“I chose this hotel because it near to the office I need to visit during my business trip. It is a very standard business hotel. The reception people are very nice and helpful. The hotel hardware can be improved. The hot water is not very hot, although the hotel response very fast after we complained and improved the water temperature for next few days I stayed. “The property was great. Small issues with facial recognition based entry on arrival but everyone was friendly. Hassle was that there is no place to store luggage (or if there was, clearly for residents, we were not allowed access) meant we had to carry our luggage around all day till our 9 pm flight (and checkout was 11 am). This was a huge headache. Not an issue at a hotel. Everybody was super nice. Apartment comfortable. Location convenient. Shopping center inside.”

“The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main tourist attractions. I booked two rooms, one of which accommodated three people. The room featured sliding doors separating the master bedroom from the sofa bed, which offered privacy for my parents — a thoughtful and practical design. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The minibar was well-stocked, and the hotel staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay.……

“Great experience from start to finish. The room with the city view had the best view of Sao Paulo, I was absolutely stunned. The lobby is beautiful and luxurious, the front staff very welcoming, accommodating and nice. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Location is fantastic, 2 min walking to Ave Paulista, ubers always available closeby. Overall 5 stars, absolutely worth it. Would chose to stay here on my next trip again. Oh and the room, the room was spacious,……
