“Its a beautiful cabin in a very nice ...quiet and private location. It could use a bit of updating....but was very comfortable We planned this family vacation around our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter who loves the outdoors....she enjoyed the Riverbend watering hole...very close to the house but take your car if you have a little one or grandparents who cannot walk a very steep hill! We found lots of adventures....but the Lake Lure beach was not open ....except for……

“This place is awesome! Plenty of room for everyone and so many amenities! Beds were comfortable. View was outstanding, best in the area, when looking out you saw the lake and mountains. So many things to do: game room with pool table, dart board, foosball table, pac man & galaxy games, TV with four reclining chairs & big screen TV and many board games. Fire pit outside was great! Pictures were accurate. Property manager was very helpful and responded to our needs promptly.”

“Second time our family enjoyed this location. Of course the indoor pool with waterfall and sauna was a hit. We loved the fireplaces both gas and wood burning. The large kitchen was perfect for many adults to work in together at the same time-one of our family pleasures. Loved having a pool table, ping pong table and foosball table to use. It is a Hidden Cove “gem””

“Very nice and beautifully appointed. Viewing platform was awesome. Driveway was very steep and a little tricky for our big truck. But at top, there was plenty of room to turn around.”

“Lure ME is an excellent choice for a family getaway. The home is exactly as advertised. Very clean, lots of room, comfortable, great view, and with kayak, canoe, and paddle board; there is plenty of adventure for everyone. Great local restaurants or drive around the lake to Lake Lure to walk across the Flowering Bridge, hike chimney rock, and more!”

Nota para pescadores: La zona no es para amantes de la pesca, no pudimos pescar en ningún espejo de agua de la zona, o por ser propiedad privada o porque la ciudad lo prohíbe. ”

“My 2 brothers and I stayed in the house and totally enjoyed it. There was no grill that we could find but cooked steaks in the kitchen. The code we received for entrance did not work - which was frustrating - but Diana answered her phone and we were able to enter after about 15 minutes. The ext day, Diana let us check out at 12 noon rather than 10AM which we really appreciated!”
