“Rustic and charming log cabin. Almost no staff visible. Text for help. No breakfast, no food items for sale on property. Limited activities. At the base of the majestic Brazos Cliffs. Several miles from the highway and further yet to any retail. Heavily wooded. Wildlife in abundance. Enjoyed our stay, loved the wood-burning stove! Probably would not stay again nonetheless.”

“There were pluses and minuses to our stay. We wanted quiet…check. We wanted views…check. The grounds have a convenience store, and a cafe ( closed Wednesday and Thursday) nice feature. Close enough to Chama, check! However, the communication with the owner was hit and miss and that’s being generous.
