You’ll hear almost everything the other tenants are doing. They also share one alarm system so every time the other tenant opens their doors you hear the system chime. “I was greeted by the host, who was also most helpful and informative about the area. The host did a really nice job of decorating and furnishing the cottage duplex. My wife would call it charming. I found it clean and comfortable. While the neighborhood might raise an eyebrow for some, I found it friendly, quiet, safe, walkable, and -- most of all -- convenient to those who might spend time visiting The Villages.
