“Absolutely amazing place to come and relax, especially with dogs. Very nicely equipped in terms of kitchen and bathroom. Having access to kayaks and bikes is a special touch too! Excellent communication throughout the booking process and stay. The water level was low when we were there so it too two people to carefully get kayaks in and out of the water but all the waterways and places to explore were more than worth it. The folder of information was thorough and very helpful. Already……

“The unit is new, nicely furnished, and in a great location. We absolutely enjoyed the time spent there, would rent again. A few issues to mention: as all dwellings do, it needs to be treated for pests. In this case it was ants. (There was no broom to go along with the dust pan, but there was a Dirt Devil vacuum). Lastly, it could use an upgraded set of cooking pans. Other than that, this property is still a 5 star. ”

“We were there for a family emergency. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The villa was very cozy and has everything you would ever need. Very well stocked! The beds were very comfortable as well. Valerie was very quick to respond for anything we needed and even able to accommodate us to stay a couple if extra days when needed. Thank you so much!”

“The house is located in a very quiet section of neighborhood on Lake Hernando. The house is very clean and the property manager is very prompt with answering all questions. We had an amazing time and highly recommend staying there if you are in that area. ”
