“Very lovely and private, easy check in and good communication from building manager. Lake shore access for biking or walking or renting kayak or paddleboard. Pull out couch. Only con was walls thin so we heard other people fairly late at night. Would stay again. ”

“The house was clean, spacious, and filled with light, with lots of windows looking out on acres of woods and hay and corn fields. Located on a dead end road, there was no traffic noise and no lights visible at night. We enjoyed hiking on the Ice Age Trail nearby, biking on the Badger State Trail, swimming at the Verona High School Aquatic Center. and picking strawberries, as well as going into Madison for some great Thai food. The beautiful view of the wide river from the hot tub was so tranquil a member of our group asked what lake we were on. It’s the perfect distance from Madison and Chicago that you feel like you’ve truly gotten away, but close enough that lots of activities feel easily accessible.
