“The room is clean, and comfortable,we booked the family room for three persons. They provided bottled water an d heater so that we can drink hot tea and coffee. Toilet and bath room are open,but there are a high wall to protect our privacy. Good experience there.”

“Lovely friendly helpful staff. Lovely residential road. Used pick me to get to property from station- only 450 LR Room with balcony allowed us the watch birds and at dusk. ”

“Overall our experience was good. We had a great server named Gihan. I needed a pen to keep score on a game I was playing. The next day when I showed up he came over with a pen.i thought that was thoughtful. Our drinks and food were served quickly. I had no complaints about the staff. The only complaints is the dining room was moved upstairs as there was a function at the main dining room. The upstairs dining room is right by the rooms and the noise went on well past 11 pm. The dinners left, but……

“Nirosh is an excellent host. Very kind person who arranged us dinner after our king train journey from Colombo to Anuradhapura. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Anuradhapura. Such a beautiful place near to big beautiful lake. ”

“The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price.”

“I arrived a bit late at night so they reserved a very large room for me as other rooms are all be booked. Nice room with fan and air-con. Though the air-con didnt work, sleep with fan is definately not a problem. Cleanness of the room still need to be improve as I can find a dead inserts under the bed. Staffs are very helpful and nice. Help me to prepare dinner and breakfast and call tuktuk for my sightseeing the next day. Overall is pretty good with reasonable price.”
