“Très bel hôtel bien situé. Superbe chambre avec terrasse. A noter cependant qu'il.n y avait aucun matelas sur les transats. Accueil très moyen. Pas d'information sur les prestations de l'hôtel exemple : possibilité de diner sous forme de buffet.”

“Overall our experience was good. We had a great server named Gihan. I needed a pen to keep score on a game I was playing. The next day when I showed up he came over with a pen.i thought that was thoughtful. Our drinks and food were served quickly. I had no complaints about the staff. The only complaints is the dining room was moved upstairs as there was a function at the main dining room. The upstairs dining room is right by the rooms and the noise went on well past 11 pm. The dinners left, but……

“The room is clean, and comfortable,we booked the family room for three persons. They provided bottled water an d heater so that we can drink hot tea and coffee. Toilet and bath room are open,but there are a high wall to protect our privacy. Good experience there.”

“This is not about the lodge but about hotel.com. I have already told them I was viewing hotels not to book however they charged my CC which I have already deleted from website I did not stay at lodge, the booking was a mistake but the lodge or hotel.com refused to remedy this situation ”
