“Viešbutis nedidelis, ramus, švarus. Geras kainos/kokybės santykis. Kambariai erdvūs, reguliariai tvarkomi, aptarnaujantis personalas paslaugus. Mielai pagelbėja įvairiais klausimais, užsako transportą kelionei iš/į oro uostą. Tiesa, už tai imamas papildomas mokestis. Šilto vandens gali tekti palaukti 1-2 minutes kol atbėgs vamzdžiais. Papildomų paslaugų (pvz., sporto kambarys, baseinas) viešbutyje nėra tačiau yra restoranas. Maistas neblogas. Tiesa, skubant pusryčius patartina užsisakyti iš……

“We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!”

“The property was not as advertised. The place appears a bit run-down and the rooms we stayed in had stained and partially broken toilet seats. We had to urgently make arrangements to secure alternative accommodation for our elderly mothers, which was extremely inconvenient. The hotel employee who was on duty was however very helpful and understanding, which we appreciated very well. He also contacted the hotel manager who was equally understanding and promised to process a refund for the room……

“Generally nothing so special to write home about this place. The apartments are rather noisy at night as they are close to the main road so the first couple of days were a bit uncomfortable. Frequent power outages and the stand-by generator was usually turned on 5 - 10 minutes later. For the amount of money paid, the services aren't as good.”
