“The chalet was nice and clean when we arrived. Thanks!The coffee maker sucks. It needs to be de-scaled badly or replaced as it will not heat water anymore. This chalet should absolutely have a pour-over alternative to K-cups - a carafe and some coffee filters. C'mon, good coffee is a basic necessity.The unit is also missing some expected staples, like sugar for crissakes and vinegar. There was foil but no plastic wrap. You ought to have a checklist. You seem to do well with the cleaning……

“our second time staying here. We love the space and mature surrounding. Id most likely stay again due to the natural beauty that surrounds and the was access to the area. We loved the fireplace and house layout. One bathroom becomes an issue at times. The TV (although we didn't watch much, we wanted to watch a game at night is located upstairs in a strange location so we moved it down the the proper space. The furniture is really gross and old. We don't mid but most are grossly stained or……

Only bump is that we were not given access information until after we arrived and had to spend most of an hour trying to contact the host to get into the house.”

“The house and property were beautiful. The perfect winter Vermont weekend getaway we were looking for. Sledding for the kids and wood stove to keep cozy by. A couple of issues we had were two smoke detectors chirping low battery as soon as we arrived, and while the house did seem clean, there was evidence of rodent nesting in the kitchen. Vacasa quickly offered to come out. I recommend that VRBO indicate 4WD required in winter. This was not indicated on the VRBO website and we didn't see……

“My husband and I loved our stay! The property was so beautiful and even had some trails to walk, which was a lot of fun. The house was amazing and had everything we needed! We felt very relaxed and at home during our time there. “We stayed here Friday to Sunday for an ATV ride our club was hosting. The property is great. Very quiet and well taken care of. Inside looked brand spankin new. The bedrooms were big and the bathrooms were nice. 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The showers are really nice and big and water pressure is perfect. Washer and dryer are located in the main bathroom off of the kitchen. There is no cable so i set up the LG tv channels but i just cast the NHL playoffs from my phone. I use a box fan to……

“The house is lovely, spacious and clean. The wood stove throws excellent heat. The doors and windows are on the older side, and we felt that when it was 6 degrees this morning and it took a while for the heat to catch up. Would stay again, maybe not in another blizzard ”
