“It was clean & comfortable. The bad is there is nobody on staff. This makes it inconvenient when arriving.”

“Property was within walking distance of many restaurants, groceries, and port. Parking was right out front. Neighbors were very friendly. 4 of 5 stars for not making clear “shower” was actually a hose connection from the sink with a curtain that had to set up to encircle me each time a shower was taken. The water drained into the bathroom floor. The curtain space was so small it stuck to my body while I was showering.”

Location is awesome with great views of the city and just a few minutes you can be downtown. There are 4 single beds but only 2 side tables; that means half the people staying need to put their stuff on the floor. Side tables are cheap and should be added next to all beds. 2 single beds can be pushed together if you want to sleep next to a loved one. Only minor……

“The house was beautiful. We did have to drive for any dining options or grocery stores but it was worth it. The size of the house was nice, the views were amazing, the amenities and the bathroom were perfect. The only downside was that use of the hot tub was an extra $200 usd which seems like a lot for something that should be included with the house.”

The accomondation itself was not clean when we arrived, there were dirty dishes, one unclean pillow and hair in the shower. “This property was very quaint and in a good location. The company Vert, that manages the property was terrible with communication and replying. Also, it does NOT HAVE a washer and dryer in the apartment as listed, it has a non woeking washer and dryer in the dungy dirty and unsafe basement. I would not stay here again. ”

"We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. The changing room of the fitness centre has an odor of sweat due to lack of ventilation and proper cleaning."
