“Welcome drinks gives a good first impression. Although no air conditioning, hotel offers fan for ventilation and that's okay for night temperture of below 20 degrees. Location close to city centre with lots of pubs and restaurants around.”

“Third time we have stayed at this hotel and it’s always a great stay. Friendly staff, spotless rooms and perfect central location Super comfortable beds and to say it’s in the city centre close to some music venues it’s really quiet and minimal road noise. Nice to see separate bins for recycling in the rooms :) We always park at the Train station which is a two minute walk from the hotel and only £15 to park from Friday morning to Monday which is great value”

“I stayed one night at INNSiDE by Meliá Newcastle and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service felt warm and attentive from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights for me was the atmosphere of the hotel itself. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check……
