“Not sure if you have to request turn down and cleaning of rooms but I stayed for 4 nights and not once did we have fresh towels or our room cleaned. It was a really busy weekend for the iron horse with the events going on so it’s understandable. However paying 1400 for the weekend I’d expect fresh linens and trash taken out daily. I had to call down to request fresh towels on day 3. ”

“This is the first time I have used Expedia. What a pleasant experience. Quick and easy check-in and check-out, and quiet hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, we had a wonderful breakfast.
