“Our stay at Sabi star chalets not what we expected.The toilets and bathrooms need upgrading.Towels not changed everyday. Otherwise clean and everything else we needed was there. Rooms are not soundproof.Conversations from adjoining chalet can be heard. There was a couple next door that argued and fought the entire night.Room 18.My family was in room 17 and hadnt slept entire night. Altho security did respond when called the noise carried on.Fortunately thay left next day. Need to commend……

“It's simply a unique, luxurious, tranquil & liberating place with impeccable service (thanks to Dirk, Roy, the housekeepers and dining staffs) and a wonderful vibe for romance! “We enjoyed our stay at this property however there were a couple of issues. When we tried to check in, we were told they had no record of our reservation via Expedia, so confirm before you arrive. Luckily the manager was home and we were able to stay there because there were rooms available. The rooms were nicely decorated and there was a pretty garden. There was some construction in the neighbourhood which was a bit noisy until 9pm. overall great value for money and we enjoyed our stay. ”
