“This property had everything listed and then some! Even without leaves on the trees, the views were beautiful. The scenic drive was gorgeous and not far from downtown Galena at all. “House was nice, well kept, clean. Locatation was fantastic. The walk to the main road where the stores and resturaunts are is really not bad, just involves some steps. “My wife and I stayed her for her b day weekend. This place is so nice. The lay out works very well. Kitchen is well stocked, chairs on front and back porch were a nice plus as we love sitting outside. Communication with the owners was very easy and they made sure to reach out to us prior to arriving to make sure we had info on the area. DO NOT pass this place up if your looking for a gem of a place to stay and relax.”

“The home was as listed. We enjoyed our time and the privacy the home provided. The home was clean, larger than it appears in photos and worked very well for 3 families (14 people) to stay. The kids enjoyed time in the coach house next door. We didn't get to use the hot tub but they enjoyed sledding down the hill in the front yard. There was plenty of cups and dishes for everyone.
