“Stayed here for two days while working in town. Apartment fit my group perfectly. The location is about as good as you can get with restaurants and stores within walking distance. Place was clean and really well kept. Renters brother was doin some maintenance in the building below and was very friendly and helpful as well. Can’t think of one negative thing to say. Would 100 percent stay again. ”

“Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions. “Homeowners were absolutely great. They were kind and courteous. Would suggest it be listed in the main description that: 1) You're sharing this house. And it's the bottom level 2) The lake is across the road and the doc is shared and the pontoon is for ride along only. 3) Cannot park at the house itself 4) If you bring your own boat the lake has boulders that are NOT marked. Otherwise it was cute, clean, and fun. We found these details layer under other tabs.”
