“Not exactly the ideal reception when we arrived around 11am- well...the rooms aren't ready and check in is at 3pm. This does not seem to be the ideal response to a new hotel guest (travelling with two kids) asking about a reservation. I understood that maybe other people have been asking for early check in and I wasn't the only one- no harm. She seemed to brighten a bit when I solved my own problem and asked for space to change and wash our hands in the meantime. There was obviously a 1pm……

“Hotel was very clean and new. The room was very large and spotless beds were comfortable pillows were comfortable, coffee in the room with a Keurig and refrigerator. The weird thing was they did not have a rollaway bed which we requested for an unexpected but welcomed guest. Breakfast was average at best. Cold potatoes precooked eggs, room temperature lunch meat in place of the standard bacon, Canadian bacon or sausage. The pancakes we're good and saved the day.”

“Our stay was short but good. The staff were friendly. The room we got was a decent size and great for the price. But the pullout bed- was a little sketchy.
