“Very nice condo, clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable. Close by to the Gem Show venues, restaurants and shopping. Construction on Grant road slowed down traffic most mornings and evenings. Outside light did not work (except one night) so walking into the condo required cellphone light. Neighbor behind patio played loud music several nights past 10 PM.”

“This was my 2nd stay here, also rented in May '23. House is just as described, copper plated on the outside, mid century modern and minimalist on the inside. Comfortable bed, and very comfortable couch where I took several naps. Beautiful, tree covered yard with an outdoor patio set where I ate several meals. This area is lit up with low-voltage outdoor lighting in the evenings, so you can enjoy it after dark. 5 minute walk to the #1 bus, which will get you downtown in approximately 20 to 25……
