“Great view of the San Luis Valley and San Juan Mountains. The main view from the dining room is spectacular! We played games at the table and would stop to discuss the view and watch the sunset. Very inspiring and created a peaceful fun vibe while we played games. Very private and peaceful location. Walkable neighborhood with great views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. We drove to the Colorado Gator Farm and were not Disappointed. Rescue reptiles in Colorado so cool! We would defiantly stay……

“We loved the house! It was the perfect location, great size and comfortable backyard/courtyard. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were so comfortable! “A great little cabin. We stay here every year on our annual ski and snowboard trip to Monarch. It is very convient as it is right between Salida and Monarch and our daughter loves the hot tub. It is clean and warm and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. ”

“Very well maintained and clean cabin, and our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, the hot tub, and the privacy of the cabin. Outside of the master bedroom is a stream you can hear at night while sleeping. We had everything we needed and our kids are already asking to stay there again for future ski trips to Monarch. “I really enjoyed the simplicity and homie nature of this cabin! 2 showers, laundrey, TV, and most cooking utensils available. We had no problems with any amenities. My dallas native friends also enjoyed all of the Texas and Dallas Cowboys memorabilia. Only thing i can think of to improve was that the lighting in the living area was difficult to figure out, and several light switches had to be found to make enough light for activities. Unbeatable for the price!”
