“Had a great stay, everything you need and great location for hitting the mountains/rafting/hiking etc. and only 10min to store in poncho springs. Hot Tub was great after long day in the mountains. There are bunk beds in one of the rooms which the kiddos loved, didn’t see that on the listing so was a nice surprise. Will definitely look here first when we head back!”

“Quick stay, but we loved that it was off the beaten path. Super clean. No AC, so warmer than we’re used to, but I knew that going in. Only surprise was the sheer number of mosquitos. Wow. But we used bug spray and moved along (and obviously that’s just nature and the season, certainly not a knock on the property). Would definitely recommend as a home base to explore the valley. ”

“We had a beautiful stay. This property had absolutely everything we could have wanted for a quiet getaway. From the brand new construction to the small details like quality fans in every room, it felt so welcoming and relaxing. The two bedrooms are also on opposite ends of the house, so there is plenty of space not to hear someone, even if they are the loudest snorer! I loved the seating in the back with a spectacular view, though I would definitely suggest NOT using the little fire pit! It……

“Beautiful home with lots of charm and everything we needed. Very clean and updated. Not far from restaurants (5-10 minutes drive) and 30 minutes from Monarch Mountain. Sleeps 4 comfortably! We will be back!”

“This large house was very secluded, just what we wanted. The photos for the listing does not due justice. It was large enough to have a small family reunion. The host (Bill) was awesome and was very responsive when contacted. Our only issue was the pool. According to the host he recently lost his pool maintenance help. Having a pool of our we knew what needed to be done and the host allowed access for any supplies and was quick to lend a hand. Overall, we could not have had a better……

“This place felt bigger than the photos, so props for that! We didn't feel as if we were bumping into each other the entire stay; ample room in this listing. The hot tub was great, the grill was great, lots of great kitchen amenities included. All instructions were easy for check-in and out, the town is Salida is close enough and easy to get to. Great spot for a weekend getaway with friends!”
