“This was a fun, clean hotel with a kitchenette in my king room. We loved that there was a Yeti cooler you could borrow while you stay. Really enjoyed the hot tub, it was nice and clean as well. Thank you!”

“This is my second stay at this hotel, and it was as good as the last time. The owner is very friendly and informative. Though the area is in a quiet area to begin with , try and get a room to the back side as the view and quiet is really nice Mark S.”

“We had a great stay here. Super clean cabin. My family of four loved this cabin as it had plenty of room for us all to sleep and play and relax. All three beds even the futon was super comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great as well. This was perfect location as we went to alamosa one day and pagosa the next. ”

“Vacationed with our children and grandchildren at the Lazy River Ranch for a few days. What a wonderful spot, we rented Kayaks and tubes, and were able to enjoy the river right outside the back door. The highlight of our stay was when 3 large bucks made their way to the river one evening. Loved the layout of the house and the well stocked kitchen.”
