“I stayed at Ruth’s villa for the month of March. The condo is very cute and super clean. The kitchen and bathroom are completely updated and I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised to see how well stocked both were with basic supplies that I thought I would have to go out and buy. The neighborhood is very quiet. Even so the villa is set back from the road and overlooks a nice grassy area. I called Ruth a few times with questions and she responded immediately each time. ”

“The property was clean and had extras like huge beach towels available for the pool and spa. I saw some reviews that it did not have a coffee maker, but it does. But be sure to bring your own coffee. You can make a pot or just use the pods. Host was very responsive. ”

“A beautiful home with everything you might find in your own home, and exactly where you would expect to find it. The owner was only a text message away and very responsive to our needs. We really enjoyed ourselves and felt refreshed when we left. Thank you!”

“Property poorly lit difficult to find unit. Pool is not lighted. Pool restrooms extremely dirty. Hard to access pool with key provided because if door slammed then key won’t work . Postage stamp size pool for huge condo complex. Most condos are not owner occupied so didn’t feel safe with mostly strangers in large complex”
