“I had an amazing time here. Food was delicious. Staff was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming. The only part I did not like were the hustlers on the beach. One groped me and was telling me very vulgar things. I could not find security. I did tell one staff member and he did nothing. That was a horrible experience. “We stayed at FDR exactly 1 year ago and my children still bring it up every single week. The facility is very humble so if you’re looking for white walls and glass everything this is not for you. But if you want a humble quaint environment where the staff makes you feel like family give FDR a shot. My kids (11,9,5) loved the water slide and our nanny Tamara. “Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ruel by the main bar, was expectational in his care and attention. Young lady at front desk when we arrived was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. However, the food needs to be improved, both in variety and flavour. Also, for an all inclusive the availability of food was very lacking. Overall we did enjoy our stay but if we were to return, the food would have to improve greatly and be available through out the day. ”
