“My wife and I came up to stay between Christmas and new years for some Old Quebec City magic. My son ended up tagging along and so we stayed and utilized the apartment for three nights. Ivan was super helpful and prompt with responses. We had a low battery on the door lock and he took care of it quick so we didn't have to worry while being out. The neighborhood is very Quebec. Narrow, somewhat quiet street on the edge of some fun neighborhoods. We Ubered everywhere and paid 13CAD at most……

“Superbe loft très propre pour vraiment pas cher. Le stationnement juste en face très pratique. Nous étions 4 et avons passés du bon temps. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir se cuisiner notre souper. Il manquait par contre quelques petites choses (essuie-tout, nappe ou napperons, saran wrap ou papier aluminium, plat de service, bol à chips). La terrasse n’est présentement pas sécuritaire mais elle a l’air en rénovation. Nous espérons qu’elle le sera quand nous reviendrons sûrement cette été. Un endroit……

“The location is great and an easy ride into the city. It's an easy walk to lots of restaurants. There is a huge park right down the street with a playground, biking, running, etc. The property is very clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. ”
