The rooftop patio was a highlight, so grab a pizza from the incredible Italian restaurant next door and enjoy it up there. The pool was beautiful and we made sure to use it every day. The location couldn’t be better, walking distance to most everything, or just a quick Uber ride away. Only 17 minutes from the airport too, which made things super convenient. “The house hit all of our needs for our Team Building Offsite. The house gave us the opportunity to have our entire team stay in the house but have their own private bedrooms while enjoying the various amenities of the home like the pool, hot tub, basketball and the lawn for yoga. We were able to easily connect to the TVs throughout the house for our presentations and we loved all the various indoor and outdoor sitting areas. “There were 9 adults in our group. This property was very clean and had plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms were updated. The location was great for going into the French Quarter (via uber) and walking to restaurants on Magazine Street. One negative was that there was only 1 chair and 1 lounge chair in the yard- so we could not hang out outside by the pool. “Easy host to work with. Super accommodating. The house is flat out awesome. Big group and everyone had space, a bed/bathroom, and there was everything we needed. Then you have the pool, court, indoor/outdoor TV spaces, and kitchen. Would do it again 10/10 times. ”

“This property was amazing and perfect for a group of friends celebrating Mardi Gras! The management was responsive and very helpful! The rooftop deck was a wonderful place to hang out and relax! ”

“We had a great time at Quaint Charm in NOLA. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was close to all attractions. The parking is only on street, we had to go to the side streets occasionally and if you have dogs the courtyard is mostly paving stones so you will need to take walks on the sidewalk which is not ideal. Overall we’d recommend this rental, we had a great time there.. ”

“We had a large group stay here during Mardi Gras, and the location was perfect! Just a few blocks from the uptown parade route and fun restaurants and bars. The space felt very safe, and the host was super communicative. And the space was huge and clean.”

“Two kids loved the house. They went on fishing charter and caught 34 fish redfish, trout and a big catfish. Loved the swamp tour on the airboat. Large alligators and raccoons came very close to the boat. Six adults and two children. Close to New Orleans but very quiet and relaxing area with great views from all the decks.
