“The accommodation is excellent and I can thoroughly recommend it. I would have given it 5* but being picky the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned for a while but otherwise was excellent. The Hotel.com instructions are out of date and insist on contacting the hotel within 24 hours of arrival but this is unnecessary. Besides, the phone number given is no longer in use! We had a room with a good size balcony and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent and finishes at 11am, which is late by……

“Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer.
