It was only a short walk to the beach and appreciated that a wagon and cooler was provided for our use. The beach access is thru a gate with a code for the neighborhood so the beach area is not as crowded as the public beach areas are in July, which was nice. Communication with Megan was very good. Just a note that there is no ice maker but 3 ice cube trays and a bin are……

“The place is nestled in a quiet place on the island. You are about 10 minutes from the beaches. The owner stocked the place with the necessities you will need. There is a lot of history on the island and restaurants around. In fact their is a breakfast place down the road from the cabin, named Driftwood. Really enjoyed our stay. ”
