“This was recently purchased by a new owner. If you need a clean room with good A/C, a comfy bed, good shower and toilet at a great price then this is your place. If you’re looking for the Ritz this is not your place. Room had a frig but no microwave and some things are a bit dated. But it was clean, bug free and comfy. There was a microwave downstairs that you could use. All and all we were happy and it served the purpose. ”

“The property was everything we needed and more. The communication with the property managers was efficient and timely, the house was adorable, reliable, and quiet. We were staying out of town for a wedding and the rental provided everything we needed with the bonus of being near the water. Afforfable and definitely worth it. “Property was basically just steps from the lake. Quaint 50’s style cottage. Small bedrooms , small living space. Cute but very dated. Was very difficult for my elderly parents to climb up the stairs to enter main living area with no rails to hold on to. Bathroom needed repairs. Notified host and brought to their attention the slipHazard in the tiled showed,and the broken bathroom sink. “I needed some time away from life, a patch of quiet ground and some solitude to really get re-grounded and recharged. I found it here.
