“We didn’t stay at the property although we had booked it. It was difficult to find and the signage once we did arrive to the correct place was not clear. On. Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm. I won’t go into the rest of the conversation, but we left to find alternative accommodation. As this place had good……

“We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family. All amenities well thought of. Place was walking distance into St Emillion. Eduard was available and communicative throughout the stay. The late checkout was a godsend for us too!”

“Freshly renovated but still very old rooms. Squeaky floors, doors that have to be closed by key that not working very well. Advertised parking, not on site, you have to walk up and down the large stone road to get to the hotel. Food interesting but pricey. ”

En revanche beaucoup de dysfonctionnements de l'interface de réservation (réservation de plusieurs chambres au lieu d'une seule ! petits-déjeuners inclus qui n'apparaissent pas comme tels). Les problèmes ont finalement été résolus, mais ils nuisent à l'image de l'hôtel. Dommage. ”
