“This unit was close to the gondola and had a heated garage! It was just steps from the hot tub, which was very large and nice. The stairs were easy way to get to the hot tub/spa, parking garage and right out to the street to walk over to the gondola. ”

“Excellent studio unit! Nice high quality furnishings and stylish decor located in a very desirable picturesque location. Very close to Cooper Creek with lots of restaurants, shops, etc and you can park for free and take many available shuttles to Winter Park resort. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up in front of the Condo area. The Murphy bed was very comfortable after I rotated the mattress as one side of it was worn down from being the most used side of the bed closest to the……

“Location and amenities were everything we expected. Perfect for my family of four easy slope access. Appreciated the he bathroom nightlight and stocked dishes. Very clean. Would have loved the option for late check out and pool towels. Vacasa was responsive when needed, like when the Internet network wasn't populating. (Router was unplugged.). We'd definitely stay there again.”

“This apartment is in a great location. Convenient to restaurants and shops in Winter Park; very close to the free Lift bus stops to the ski mountain; and less than a 10 minute ride to the resort itself.The kitchen area is well stocked (though the coffee maker needs to be cleaned - I think there is a clog. A minor issue).The only disappointing factor was the building hot tubs were closed for repairs.Phil, the owner, was great to work with, responsive and accommodating!”

“2 adults, 3 kids and one of the showerheads were broken. Offered to fix (it was simple) and she declined. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. ”

“We enjoyed our stay however not having a stove was a problem for us we didn't think would be and the kitchen sink is in the sitting room inside a cabinet without a light and very awkward to wash dishes that we were required to wash and put away. The one thing that was the biggest issue was the parking spot that barely fit my truck, we could not open the doors all the way and the parking place was a sheet of ice that we slipped on repeatedly. Other than that it was a beautiful location, remote……
