“My group of three people had a fantastic stay at this property! This location was perfect for gameday weekend and exploring the town. The hosts are incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our short visit. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy spot in Columbia! ”

“We spent one night for an event at U of SC. The address in our email for directions was to a different location but I contacted the host and received the correct address which was also in the email as driving directions. The host apologized and said that was supposed to have been fixed. Over all it was in a good location, was very clean and quiet. Very convenient for a one night stay. ”

“Because of the price I will give five stars. I used it just for a place to sleep for a night. Conveniently located within walking distance to the university's downtown bar / club scene. There's lots of places to hang out and eat. It's a college town though with lots of college students around. The bed was comfy I had all the amenities needed. The train and train horn were a little surprising but not unlivable. It only went off once a day when we were there. Surprises you but makes for a great……

“I stayed here for two weeks for work. Convenient access to two different hospitals for my work. Unit size is quite spacious for a one-bedroom. Property host was VERY responsive to all questions and immediately addressed the few problems that occurred during my stay. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Construction across the road but I’m sure it won’t las forever our bed was horribly uncomfortable but other than that I fit all our accommodations and was very neat and clean inside parking was perfect ”

“Very charming apartment, well decorated and clean. Host went above and beyond answering all my questions in a timely manor when it came to parking. Apartment complex is right next to Publico and walkable to Starbucks. Short uber drive to 5 points, all things related to USC and colonial life arena. Grateful to have found this gem and would definitely stay here again! ”
