“We had stayed at a handicapped friendly room, room 110, a few days before this visit. They put us in room 114., Even better! The bracket holding the showerhead was broken and so it was hard to clean yourself. There was a hairdryer unit in this room, 114. Breakfast is adequate, but they didn’t have any pancake mix, so you were forced to accept toast or bagels. ”

“Very clean and quiet location. However, we were there for 3 days. On our second morning we asked about housekeeping and the guy at the front desk was vet ride and said we weren't signed up. When we asked how we sign up he simply said if you find a housekeeper just ask for new towels. We were never told at check in that we would have to sign up for housekeeping, the website states daily housekeeping so we were unaware. ”
