“I had low expectations of this hotel due to reviews but was very pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay again. Can only assume poor reviews are for apartments and not rooms. We had a newly renovated suite which had a separate living area and two bathrooms. Yes you could hear music from outside but wasnt awful. We paid a supplement for the 'thinky' card as travelling with 2 year old- bit unclear what it actually covered bar a room with pureed sauces for pastilla for kids dinner? However……

“Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food choice is excellent and so well prepared. Yes its noisy at dinner and breakfast but whst do you expect when there so msny families. Hot location is true ski in/out. Rooms and generally the hotel is very tired abd could do with a lot of modernising. Wifi signal is awful. We had a family room which is joining rooms. Nice and spacious Cleaners do a thorough job but we found blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Beds are hard but thats typical……

I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a consigliare o rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Peccato che la SPA non fosse ancora aperta agli ospiti, torneremo sicuramente per recuperare :) ”

“Very nice residence in local mountain style, very professional and kind staff. Missing at least basic breakfast and other similar hotel services such as minibar or few snacks even for purchase. Very complicated local logistics as hotel free shuttle works from 8am to 20pm and no local taxi services available in the zone (note that nothing is walking proximity, therefore consider using the car for movements), but at reception you may find support also for “after dinner” pick up for an additional……

“Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were quite large for a European hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Steps away from the main plaza and several outstanding restaurants only minutes away walking. I will definitely come back to Aosta and stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
