“We enjoyed the property a lot. It was exactly as advertised with modern, clean furnishings and the property manager was helpful. Simple but well stocked apartment. The pool was nice and the location was very private and walkable (10-15min) to Frigate Bay shops and restaurants. Parking for rental vehicles was an plus. Only complaint was the very hard water, but that is an island trait not an apartment issue. ”

“My stay was WONDERFUL. Unit 4 was incredibly nice. The view amazing. Was able to watch/view the sunrise and sunset. The property manager, Millicent was very kind, accommodating and helpful. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I didn’t walk anywhere but it wasn’t a long drive to get around. Went to the recommended carabola beach. Unit had all key complimentary staple food (milk, OJ, water). “Absolutely loved our trip to St Kitts. Our host Beulah was great the minute we arrived and getting us settled. Extremely helpful and friendly. The house is true as advertised, overlooking a beautiful bay. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the bay. The location was central to most everything. Our stay was just what we needed. We were treated like family. At the end of the trip, Beulah gave us a tour of her garden. Loved it, even the monkeys. Sorry Beulah, they……

“While the accommodations did not ruin our wonderful vacation in St. Kitts there were many disappointing factors. The description of the house online was completely different than the house we rented, and the kitchen had zero amenities. Imagine finding out 3 weeks prior to our trip that this was a shared property and the first night rental was double booked. I am still waiting for a credit for that one night. As a renter I did not realize it was my responsibility to be diligent to monitor……
