“smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”

“The room was beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Clare was an excellent masseuse at the spa which was fantastic. The food from room service and from the bar was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Max. Overall I loved our stay and make sure to use the spa as you get 1.5 hours complimentary each day of your stay. ”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The property was clean except for the carpet in the hallways. The rooms were good. TV a little small. There was a slight issue with the staff trying to charge me an extra 600 euros upon check out that was never mentioned, but I assume it was a mistake or a new staff member. Over all it was a pleasant stay. ”
