Easy access to town and surrounding areas. Plenty of opportunities to commune with nature both around the cottage and the beautiful Tennessee mtns. Only bummer was I discovered the swans were not real. ”

“It was a very nice little place. Far enough from town while still being close to the shops. The hosts were very sweet and there if you needed them. Definitely big enough for our family of 5. The kids had alot of fun staying here. ”

“We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10!……

“The host was very thoughtful, nice and communication was great. They Made sure we was safe during the rain storm. Check in was Easy and the place was very clean and well kept. The location was in reasonable distance to restaurants and things to do in downtown chattanooga. I would definitely come back to stay again.”

“We stayed here during a family vacation. Very nice and comfortable home. We love seeing deer at the property. Communication with the host was great. Everything was in working order and clean. Very nice place to stay. ”

“The environment was quiet and clean. There was also a little park near by that I enjoyed sitting in the morning with coffee, listening to the birds. The host was kind and accommodating and the house was perfect and clean and adorable. ”

“This little cottage was so clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of nice bath towels, the paper towels and tissue were good & not the cheap thin stuff, the kitchen was well stocked and the location is perfect. It was nice and quiet and in a safe area. I wish the outside table had been outside instead of inside. It was a little small to eat at. But it would’ve been perfect for outside in the evening as the weather was nice. And the furniture was a little off for tv……

“Outstanding views, waterfront, equipped with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located a short drive to Dunlap. Neighbor’s were very friendly, grandkids loved the paddle boats. Excellent WiFi, nicely maintained house and property. We were lucky, stayed over the July 4th weekend and the HOA puton a great fireworks show. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Tennessee. ”

“We visited the area for a festival and picked this location since it was in-town and close to the festival. We stayed with some friends, and it worked out perfectly. This property was clean and clearly renovated. The furniture was tasteful and not cluttered (just what you needed for your visit). The AC worked well and the rainfall shower in the master bathroom was too relaxing (spent too much time in there). We did not use all the facilities available, because we were out most of the time……
