Our family really enjoyed the hiking trail to a waterfall within the Grandview Peaks community. We also enjoyed having a picnic at the community Pavillion and lake. Very pretty view of the mountains as well. We cant wait to come back and stay here again!”

“This is a nice little place to stay on the water at Lake James. We did have a few issues with the place. The bathroom fan worked sometimes, but mostly not. The sliding glass door to the kitchen is very hard to lock. This needs attention.”

“Not a person to be seen. When we were there the Linemen where working on the lines they were responsible for most of the traffic on the road no neighbors maybe 10 or 12 cars a day house is clean big kitchen and no cell service or Internet but sign up for star link and take it without.”
