“Vincenzo ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das zweistöckige Penthouse besticht durch die sehr großen Terassen und den Meerblick. Die Schlaf-und Badezimmer sind toll und ganz neu gestaltet. Das Gebäude wird teils noch saniert, aber das war nicht störend. Gerne wieder!”

“Beautiful place. Easy access to site seeing areas. Fun getting lost in the maze of the historical area. The bed was comfy. The only heat we had was the towl warmer. But found an extra banket. Internet was non existing in room so hard to contact mgr to ask about heat. There was a miss communication about check in but it all worked out and we enjoyed our time. ”

“Apartment was beautiful rooftop garden but 81 steps up was a daily challenge. Also, guests should be aware that terrace floors were very uneven. wereuneven”

“Great accommodation in a stunning city. Friendly host with great communication. Highly recommended.”

“The studio apartment is in a good location in the old town. It has an awkward metal staircase to the mezzanine level which is too close to the curved ceiling/wall, so you bump into the wall as you go up or down. Limited hot water for showering - ie, not enough hot water for two consecutive showers in the morning. No kettle so we had to boil water in a small saucepan. Bedding and towels were poor quality. More pillows required as there was only 1 each.”

“Appartamento accogliente dotato di ogni comfort. Il climatizzatore ci ha consentito di dormire freschi nelle notti più calde. Location molto comoda soprattutto per uscire la sera. Ci ha accolto Giovanni che è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a rispondere ad ogni nostro dubbio! Consigliatissimo! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.”

“I partly chose this place for its terrace, but the constant rain meant I never used it! Never mind, it was a comfortable place to stay, well located, good quality bedding.I didn't mind the stairs (66 up to the apartment), but be aware that there is no lift.”

“Lovely quiet apartment. Only thing that is misleading is that it says there is parking on the premises. This is not the case - it is paid street parking. I would have rated the property 5 if the owner had been better with communication… it started off well but then the owner stopped reap. We also weren’t provided with a contact number. Really good location & comfortable ,clean apartment- even with complimentary waters. We enjoyed our stay”
