“Perfect get away with friends. Location is right by the walking path and view is to die for. Condo is clean and updated. Love that each room has its own bathroom and the beds are large and comfortable. The built in cabinets are also a plus. Will definitely be booking, again. The property management is great about communication and check in and check out information. ”

There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! ”

“We have stayed at a dozen of the 2-unit Villas at Seascape & it's hard to top this one. Not the place if you are looking for ocean views, but it is the closest unit to the stairs down to the beach.We hate rentals with a lot of knick-knacks and clutter & this one gets it right. Clean, comfortable & stylish and turnkey -- you'll feel right at home in minutes. Having it's own private entrance is a plus.Would definitely stay here again. No-hassle property management company.”

“Seascape was absolutely amazing. Aptos was a great location to enjoy both Santa Cruz and Monterey. The highlight was looking out the condo and seeing humpbacks right outside!The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach accessories and beach towels were very nice to have supplied. The grind were beautiful and views were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were extremely helpful. ”
