“Loon Retreat is a well-kept home with 4+ bedroom areas and lots of space. The kitchen has plenty of pots & pans, utencils, modern appliances and a large table able to seat our group of 10; lots of books, artwork, games, binoculars, etc. We were very happy with the large back deck, 4 kayaks & canoe and easily accessed dock and swimming area. “We stayed 2 nights at this lovely little house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Very close to fun stuff Laconia. The hot tub room was perfect since we had some rain, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub.”

“Our extended family stayed for ten days and had a great time ! The best thing about the house aside from being right on Newfound Lake, was the roominess of the house . We had our elderly mother, who slept in the bedroom on the main floor with her own bathroom . “Beautiful leaves in reds, oranges, and yellows reflected in a gorgeous pond with a pair of loons slowly floating by....Perfection! What a gorgeous location! We had a great stay- the kitchen was wonderful to cook in- we loved the gas stove- bacon tasted so delicious with croissants in the morning! The house is large and comfortable- cozy couch, large piano, washer and dryer, tv, and wifi. We have to agree with other guests- the bed is squeaky....ridiculously squeaky.....to the point of……

“Me and my grandfather stayed for a business trip. The views are beautiful and if you love the water this is a great spot. The cabins have adequate amenities and are very clean. Close to hiking and restaurants. Cant wait to come back with my family again soon and will likely make it an annual trip.”
