Really my only complaint is about the parking lot. It snowed quote a bit in the evening and by the morning, the driving part of the lot around the hotel still hadn't been plowed. “There was renovation going on we were unaware of ahead of time. Also the game room was closed. Room was brand new and clean & comfortable. There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it.
