“This house comfortably accommodated our family of nine with plenty of room for each couple to have their own get away location within the house and plenty of common areas to share family time together. In addition the location was great. We walked two short blocks to enjoy downtown Aiken, had short drives to enjoy good food, and it took less than 30 minutes to get to the Augusta airport. Finally the house was beautiful, well maintained, and had great outdoor spaces.”

“The entire property is outdated and not as good as the pictures in the listing make it appear. But the biggest issue is that when we arrived on Friday, multiple smoke detectors were beeping-needing new batteries. I immediately called the number provided and was told that she would pass the issue on to the “local team”. We went out for the night and when we returned after midnight, nothing had been fixed-so we had to take the batteries out of every one in order to to stop the beeping so we could……

“Overall, we absolutely loved the home. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious to accommodate large families. Only issue we had was the lack of swing set in the backyard as seen in the photos. We chose the house partially on the swing set for our young children. We would definitely rent this home again in the future! Highly recommended.”
