“This was the perfect spot for our family while visiting Aiken. The home was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised with plenty of space for our family of five. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again when we’re back in the area. ”

“The duplex is located in a nice safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants near by. The duplex was very clean, I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in the area again. ”

“We really enjoyed the house and are thankful to the homeowner for offering it. The management company on the other hand…ehh. Please, read every detail in the mile long email you will get from them after booking the house. I must admit , I missed a lot of the information I needed and took the wrong route yo the house from the interstate and was left on the porch in a driving rain, unable to get in or get the access code. Verizon cellular does not work there m, but even after calling from my son’s……

“Nice, separated neighborhood, and the community pool was open. We just had guys, so the number of rooms mattered to us. Up to 5 there's no need to share a room, but one is on a pull-out couch. Would've been 5-star, but the place wasn't ready when we arrived. They fixed it pretty quickly, so we didn't lose much sleep time, but if we had arrived a few hours later, this would've had a big impact on our morning plans. The hosts made up for it with 150 toward dinner at the place of our choice.”

“I was in Aiken for a golf weekend with friends and we loved staying at Tim’s house. It was a great location (walkable) to downtown and very close to tons of great golf courses in and around Aiken. We look forward to staying there again! ”
