“What a wonderful stay! A beautiful, restored old palace in a perfect location in Gallipoli. We received a wonderful warm welcome from the whole family. Fernando and Giuseppe were extremely kind and explained the history of the place as well as the local area and a lot about themselves. Mum made breakfast for us each morning which we were extremely grateful for. They even helped us find a place that could help us with my two wheeled suitcase! Both my wife and I were sorry to leave them all. A……

“Amazing stay at Palazzo Castriotta. Our host did everything to make our stay magical with recommendations for beaches, exceptional places, restaurants... a big wow. We stayed 4 days. The family room was impeccable and what can we say about the homemade lunch to be had in the garden and the lovely lady who served the coffee and welcomed us. A magnificent address for visiting Salento!”

“We loved the spa facilities and the modern room. The cleaning crew did a great job in ensuring the room was clean. However , I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning chemicals in the room. Despite keeping the windows open, the smell still lingered for hours. The breakfast was adequate. ”

Friendly staff, laundry facilities and cute breakfast room. Free parking available on adjacent streets and easy walk to shopping area and Old Town. Beach near hotel very run down.”
