“Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. I called and the lady just said: “sorry m’mam I can’t find your reservation”. I texted the phone number with the receipt, the payment and the itinerary. No luck. No one even……

“The outside of the property needs updating (which they were working on) but the room was exactly as listed. The beach is right across the street, but to swim, we had to walk a little way. Taxis are very expensive. Get a price first because the cost range is huge. 40-80 per ride one way. Overall it was a great room. We have no complaints. Corneilla is so sweet and helpful!”
