“We had an incredible vacation, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. there were a few hiccups for the first few days, but it was always rectified with a professional manner..Only drawback which has nothing to do with the beautiful townhome, is the location of Palm Cay. It’s not located near anything at all..It was fine for us as we relaxed at the beach and pool..just what we wanted. But if you’re looking to be closer to Paradise Island, Palm Cay is not close by..I would definitely recommend the……

“We visited the property in late April/early May with three kids (ages 2-8) and grandparents. The townhouse had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay, and the location couldn't be beat. Walking right out of our covered porch onto the sand was absolute heaven. There were other families around over the weekend, but by Monday/Tuesday we had the beach to ourselves. “We had just over a week at Water's Edge in Apr 25. We took our grown up children and our only grandchild (6yo) for a celebration for my husband's 60th birthday. The house is brilliantly well equipped inside and for the outdoors, has everything you might need, including comfy beds and all of it is good quality. The location was superb for us, a little away from the bustle of Nassau but close enough for it to feel easy to just 'pop in'. The sea immediately outside the walls was such a bonus, and……

“My far-flung family members wanted a place where we could converge but still by direct flights, so Nassau was perfect. This home is in an excellent location along the north shore, near enough that we could walk to a well-known resort (high tide made this an exciting adventure esp with children!), walk for groceries, ice cream, baked goods and coffee. We found we did not need rental cars for our large group, but used the recommended driver to go out to dinner and Atlantis (40 to 80 per trip).……
