Didn't know what to expect but the place is very clean and comfortable. The room was a bit small and we did not have an ensuite bathroom. No biggie. They are making improvements to the common area. There's a big fridge there and they are planning to put in a few more amenities there. Would recommend and/or return.

Everything I noted above. It was pretty far out there but, it only took less than a half an hour to get wherever we went because of the proximity to freeway and byway. Owner was very kind and available. The mattress was not what I was used to.

Having a key code made coming and going very convenient. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to many dining options. The place is "as advertised", but there are minor inconveniences when you need to share a bathroom and mini-fridge with other guests. Someone else left all their toiletries in the bathroom, leaving little space in the shower and by the sink to place any of our items. The mini-fridge was already very full, with various expired items inside and others left sitting on top. One other recommendation would be to have a few more amenities in the bedroom - perhaps a small table with two chairs and a small TV.

My unit was very neat and spacious with walk in closet and a big mattress maybe queen or king size. There's a full bathroom spacious as well, kept in good condition and clean with cleaning products and towels for my convenience. I can use a fridge and a microwave for my food. The place is well organized and very quiet the same as the neighborhood, the other guests are private and quiet too, which makes the stay very peaceful. The hosts are fast responding to all my inquiries, I highly recommend, this is a perfect stay for a solo person or a couple who wants to have their privacy and have some peace of mind.

Just make sure to read everything very carefully.
I've traveled a bit in my life and never ran into this issue before – this was not a hotel, but rather a private home with it's bedrooms given numbered doors. Communal bathroom :( and we could hear others so no doubt they heard us. That wasn't really their "fault" so much as it wasn't a very good job of explaining precisely what the conditions would be. A simple locked door to a bedroom is not private enough when you're with your cherished one. We ended up leaving about 10:30 pm.... money down the drain.
