“Loved our country cottage!! Secluded but not too far from our daily activities. Very close to small grocery and gas station. Beds are comfortable with nice linens, all the expected furnishing in the kitchen, loved the wood burning stove (used it nightly). Woke up in the morning to a beautiful white horse outside the kitchen window. Host is very nice and was wonderful to work with.”

“Our stay was idyllic, dreamy, and fully relaxing. First, Janet and Michael are exceptionally warm and gracious. They made us feel welcome and right at home and were attentive to our comfort. The property is absolutely charming with beautiful cottage garden spaces and a lovely view from the all windows. Riley, the sweet, gentle, herding dog, greeted us often with her smiling face. The cottage is in the most beautiful area, with stunning walks to the beach, past lovely herds of cows, sheep, and a……

“Heaney's cottage definitely made us feel as welcomed flowers of May! The whole place was clean and the beds were comfortable! There were pillows for all types of sleepers and more! There was so much material on sites, food and activities. We wished we would have stayed twice as long. Close enough to drive to Cliffs of Moore and Bunratty castle just to name a few!”

Bei besserem Wetter hätte man schön draußen sitzen können.Die Küche ist recht klein, da es die Räumlichkeiten nicht anders hergeben.Durch die alten Mauern und das irische Wetter ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Räumen relativ hoch.Die kleine Wanderung, vom Gastgeber empfohlen, in die Burren ist toll. ”

“The home is lovely with an excellent view. I don't think the pictures do it justice. And the location was great.Ann is a wonderful host who had everything ready for us including a fire ready to light and some initial necessities in the fridge. Ann couldn't have been more helpful.”

“The house was very clean except for the carpets. There was a lot of room for our group. The rooms were large and adequately furnished. The kitchen utensils and cookware was a bit sparse. The rent was very reasonable, but I would rather pay a bit more and not have to “rent” towels or supply additional toilet paper or buy dish soap. ”

“We stayed in 5 properties during our time in Ireland. This was by far the most beautiful. It was a surprise to be right on The Burren. Although house was “rural” it was easy to get to the places we wanted and to the nearest town for dinner and music. Michael was extremely accommodating and a delight to chat with. ”
