“酒店环境总体都不错的。相比4Points要好很多。早餐要另外买。星巴克和酒店餐厅是一家，点个午餐配个星巴克咖啡，美美的。前台服务是ok的。但可以更主动，但墨西哥人不可能像国内那样，下面会解释。酒店要提前定，一次订住，不要像我中间被赶出去一天。可气的是，怎么商量都不行，留了电话让他们有房通知我，却没有任何回应，等我退房搬出去时，却告诉我还有房，可我已经在其它酒店付钱了。”

“The thermal bath is magical, it wasn't busy and felt like a private experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, and the beds are very comfortable, however it is old and dated and could use some updates and the food was just ok. I still highly recommend it because of how special the thermal bath is. ”
