“Very good service and kindly people. The location is nearby the Garden and train station. The room is quiet and I have a good dream each night. The restaurant also is very good to go for eat. The room is clean. Very good experience !! I will choose to stay in this hotel again while I visit Salzburg.”

“Our room in the ground floor and lot of bees in the garden, cannot open windows. Around 10mins walk from the train station.”

“酒店在步行街，附近有很多商店，與莫扎特館距離相當近，與Hbf車站距離不用7分鐘車程，十分方便。沿路行到主要景點也只需20-30分鐘的步行路徑，可以一路欣賞景色。客戶非常乾淨，服務員非常親切友善，也會主動關心客人的旅程和心情。不過由於我訂的是3人房，房間內只提供2人用品，住宿也是2人房間，加床使空間非常狹窄，十分不方便。早餐食物可以，用膳時十分清靜，非常好。”

“蜜月套房浴室使用不方便，被很薄，燈光較昏暗，部份電制插頭冇電，燈膽忽光忽暗，持續性房間有雜音，整體來說並不理想，但員工態度及服務很好。”

“The cleaness of the hotel is terrible. It seems that the bed sheet was not changed because I found some hair on it. What's worse, I found an insect on my bed and killed it. The reason may be that I opened the window due to stuffy air. I asked the staff to change my room. The staff was quite nice. However, there was still some hair on the bed sheet in the new room. In the evening, the bathroom was filled with the smell of cigarette. On the positive side, the hotel is next to an authentic Chinese……
